So, I'm getting the same newsletter as other HVAC companies in the US?

Yes,¬†with the Super Saver newsletter – except that your newsletter will be branded with your company name, logo, website, and contact information. We’ll only allow¬†ONE HVAC company per service area (about 50 miles radius) to use this newsletter. This way there’s about ZERO chance that your customer will get the same newsletter from a competitor.

Are these email newsletters - or print newsletters?

Both! You’ll get a PDF file you can print and mail (or we can print and mail for you for an extra fee) – and you’ll get an email-ready file as well. We’ll even upload to your Mailchimp, Aweber, or Constant Contact account for you if you’d like. Don’t have an email service provider? We can help you get set up, too.

Can you help me with printing and mailing, too?

Yup! We’ve got a big ‘ole sponge ready to stick stamps on your newsletter!

Just kidding. Yes, we can handle getting your newsletter printed and even mailed for you – so you don’t have to do a thing to get your newsletter out there. Our printer requires a minimum run of 250 newsletters, and the price for printing runs about $1.30 each. To mail 250 newsletters First Class, the pricing would go up an additional $1.20 to cover postage and handling.

How is the Custom newsletter different from the Super Saver?

The Super Saver is a version that will be sold to ONE HVAC company per service area throughout the United States. It features the HVAC company’s name, logo, website, and contact information but is otherwise the same from one business to another. That’s why it’s $100 a month instead of $250 a month. The Custom newsletter is completely unique content that only you’ll get.

How long are the newsletters?

The Super Saver and Custom newsletter are both essentially a page and a half long. Imagine folding an 8.5″ x 11″ piece of paper in half width-wise. One of these panels will have space for your return address, postage, and your recipient’s address. The rest will be newsletter content. The same content is provided for the print and email version of your newsletter.

Can I get a discount if I buy a year's worth of newsletters?

Why, yes. Yes, you can. When you buy a whole year’s worth of newsletters, you’ll save $200 over buying them a month at a time.

How and when do I pay for my newsletters?

We’ll need to chat briefly first, just to be sure your service area is not already taken by one of your competitors. If it is, you probably know it’s “that guy” who beat you to the punch. If your service area is up for grabs, we’ll send you an invoice to pay by Paypal or credit card. You’ll pay the first and last month when you first get started.

While you’ll save a bundle ($200) by paying for a whole year up-front, we don’t require that. However, invoices go out a month in advance, and you’ll need to be paid in full promptly for the coming month or risk letting “that guy” grab your spot. Everybody hates “that guy” for doing that kind of stuff.

What is your refund policy?

We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our product, then simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase right away. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community of small business owners. If you are not thrilled with the product or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member.
